Victoria Beckham in Victoria By Victoria Beckham Collection Spring 2012

Every season there are collections that make me yearn for them. Usually they are haute couture and by some genius designer like Ricardo Ticci, Pheobe Philo or even, shhh, John Galliano. But so far the collection that has most made me desire from the spring 2012 bunch is the 'diffusion' range Victoria by Victoria Beckham. Seriously. I want it. Prices range from £375, which is super expensive but MUCH more affordable than her VB line. Prices are equivalent to DvF, roughly, and this seems achievable if I save really, really hard.
I know I called it a diffusion range but I don't have the short hand to describe how Victoria sees it. Here she explains to Vogue.com in her own words, 'It's not a second line, or a diffusion line - it's another line, another side to my wardrobe. This is a way to give my customers what they want. They are really easy-to-wear day dresses. You can wear everything with heels, but you can wear them with flats as well. And they fit a lot of different people. Nothing's tight: everything's quite comfortable and roomy.'
I have mentioned before how it was inspired by cartoon character Emily the Strange. Which was enough to endear me to it. And then when you actually see it, it is so, so wearable and cute. Even Victoria herself looks casual and cute when she is wearing it - which is going some as my book club mate does have a tendency to look over-styled almost always.
So which is your favourite? I definitely want the red cat dress and the blue moon dress and probs the beige cat dress with the flippy skirt too. Please.
